For-purpose & not-for-profit · Brisbane & Australia-wide

More time for the mission, less for the paperwork.

Compliance registers, incident reports and volunteer onboarding — work that has to be done right, by teams that are already stretched. We build it into Microsoft 365 so it happens on time without someone carrying it.

Not-for-profits, community services providers, churches and dioceses, and other for-purpose organisations with 50–500 staff and volunteers.

01Sound familiar

The work around the work.

01

Compliance tracked by hand

Working with children checks, police checks, first aid and training expire on dates that live in a spreadsheet — until an audit asks for evidence.

02

Incidents reported three different ways

Paper, email and a phone call. Each one handled differently, and the reporting obligation clock is running the whole time.

03

Information spread across sites

Policies, forms and news live in shared drives, inboxes and the head office noticeboard. Regional staff and volunteers miss most of it.

04

Small teams, big admin

The same few people run HR, finance and compliance, answering the same questions on repeat.

02Where the hours go

Same process, rebuilt.

For-purpose organisations carry the same compliance load as a commercial business, often with fewer people and more sites. Usually nobody lacks commitment. The problem is that critical things — a check expiring, an incident needing escalation — depend on someone remembering.

06Questions

For-purpose, answered.

01Can volunteers use what you build?

Yes, with the right setup. Volunteers can be given accounts, guest access or a simple external form, depending on what they need. Each option has different licensing implications, which we work through in the audit.

02Do you work with Microsoft's not-for-profit licensing?

Yes. We build on whatever licences you already hold, including donated or discounted ones, and tell you before you commit if a build would need anything extra. Check current eligibility and offers directly with Microsoft.

03We have sites across a region. Does that change anything?

It usually makes the case stronger. An intranet and Teams-based workflows reach regional staff the same way they reach head office, and mobile forms work where there is no desk.

04What does it cost?

The audit is free. Single builds are scoped from $10,000 at a fixed price, and retainers start at $3,000 a month. We'll tell you plainly if a smaller fix — or no build at all — is the better use of your budget.
