Site to office, without the re-keying.
Civil, commercial and specialist contractors, and engineering firms, with 50–500 people across office and site.
The work around the work.
Paper that rides around in a ute
Prestarts, SWMS sign-offs and site diaries get filled in on paper, then typed up days later — if they are typed up at all.
Variations agreed on site, lost by invoice
A site instruction is agreed verbally or by text. By the time it reaches the commercial team, the detail and the evidence are gone.
Tickets and inductions in a spreadsheet
Licences, white cards and plant inspections expire quietly. Someone finds out at the gate, or in an audit.
Every project rebuilds the folders
Each new job starts with a fresh copy of last job's folder tree, and the current drawing is whichever one was emailed last.
Same process, rebuilt.
Most of the manual work in a construction business is information crossing a gap: from site to office, from one system to another, from one person's inbox to the register it belongs in. Nobody designed those gaps. They grew one workaround at a time, and every one of them costs somebody an afternoon a week.

What we usually build first
We start where the re-keying is heaviest and the risk is highest. For most contractors that is site paperwork and compliance — they happen every day, and a missed one has consequences.
| Build | Replaces | Typical build time |
|---|---|---|
| Prestart and SWMS app | Paper forms, typed up later | 3–4 weeks |
| Site diary | Notebooks and end-of-day emails | 3–4 weeks |
| Variation register | Texts, emails and a spreadsheet | 4–6 weeks |
| Ticket and licence tracking | A spreadsheet someone checks when they remember | About 2 weeks |
| Project intranet with auto-provisioned sites | Copy-pasted folder trees on a shared drive | 6–10 weeks |
Build times are typical ranges from our catalogue, confirmed in the free audit. Everything runs offline-first where it needs to — a phone with no signal still captures the form, and it syncs when the crew is back in range.

Apps & workflows
Worth reading first.
Construction, answered.
01Do the apps work on site with no signal?
Yes, where it matters. Prestarts, diaries and inspections are built offline-first: the form is captured on the phone and syncs as soon as there is a connection. We test this in the field before handover, not just in the office.
02Will this replace our project management or ERP system?
No. We fill the gaps around it — the forms, approvals and registers that live on paper or in spreadsheets today — and connect to your existing systems where a connector or API exists. The audit tells you what can connect and what can't.
03What does it cost for a construction business?
The audit is free. Single builds are scoped from $10,000 at a fixed price, and retainers start at $3,000 a month. Most apps run on the Microsoft 365 licences you already have; where a build needs premium Power Apps licences, we tell you before you commit.
04Can subcontractors use the apps?
Often, yes — as guests in your tenant or through a simple external form, depending on what they need to do. The licensing for external users is different, so we work it out in the audit rather than guessing.
