Your people are the integration.
Between every tool your team uses, someone re-types, forwards or remembers. That's where the hours, the errors and the risk come from.
What it costs to do by hand.

Assumptions
- 46 working weeks a year, after leave and public holidays.
- A 1,748-hour full-time year (38 hrs × 46 wks) for the FTE comparison.
- Automation removes most of the time on the processes it touches, but not every process is worth automating — hence a 25–45% range, not 100%.
- Annual figures are rounded to the nearest $1,000.
Four ways we remove manual work.
Free audit. Fixed build. We stay on.
Most Power Platform projects die of neglect, not bad code. Ours come with a year of keeping.

The things people ask first.
01Do we need to buy new licences?
Almost never. Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Copilot Studio are already in the Microsoft 365 plans most companies pay for — the capability is sitting there switched off. Where a build genuinely needs a premium licence we tell you before it is scoped, not after.
02Is the audit really free?
Yes, for our first year in business. The 20-minute call, the mapping, the ranking and the written findings all cost nothing, and the findings are yours to keep even if you never hire us — or hand to another partner if you would rather.
03How long does a build take?
Three to seven weeks for a single build, on a fixed scope and a fixed timeline agreed before we start. Larger suites run one module at a time inside a retainer, typically over three to five months, so something useful lands every few weeks instead of everything landing at the end.
04What does it cost?
Single builds are scoped from $10,000. Retainers start at $3,000 a month for governance and small changes, and rise with how much building you want done. The audit tells you which is the better use of the money before you commit to either.
05What if the numbers do not justify a build?
We will say so. The calculator on this site already tells you when a full build will not pay for itself quickly, and recommends starting with a single automation instead. We would rather build one thing that works than sell a platform that does not earn out.
06What happens after it is built?
Most Power Platform projects die of neglect rather than bad code — a flow breaks quietly, nobody owns it, and six months later the team is back on spreadsheets. A retainer covers monitoring, fixes, permissions reviews and the next round of building. You are not required to take one.
